Sundays @ New Life

Church can be intimidating... especially when it is your first time, or when you haven't been back in a long time.

It can be unsettling when you don’t have any idea what to expect.

Not to worry, here are a few things on what to expect at New Life.

During the old normal, parking lot attendants and greeters will be waiting

to assist you as you arrive.

You will be greeted warmly with a handshake (or even a hug), and if you have children with you, a greeter or usher will help you to find Children's Church or the Nursery if they are much too young to be with other kids.

Coffee, tea and refreshments were available.

SUNDAY WORSHIP CELEBRATION

FIRST VISIT?

Now in the new normal, there are two Sunday Morning Worship Services.
Online @ 9:30 AM, which you can catch live on Facebook.

In Person @ 10:15 AM, although there is a limit to the number of people who will be allowed inside the building.

Non-contact temperature check, social-distancing and face-covering required.

WHAT TO EXPECT?

Sunday Worship Celebration Services start with an offering of praise for what the Lord has done, and is doing in our lives. There would be prayer or moments of silence or adoration or solemn singing.

Everyone is free to praise and worship as respectfully as one might towards the God who created heaven and earth.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

There is no standard attire, but ranges from casual to business casual to formal. We welcome you to come as comfortably as you would like to be in church fellowship and what you believe to be honorable to our Lord.

Once a month and on special celebrations, we partake of the communion elements. Non-believers are enjoined not to participate.

SHOULD I GIVE?

Guests are not to feel obligated, forced or intimidated to give during the passing of the offering plate.

Essentially, guest are here for communal worship, to hear God's message and to personally experience the warmth, the peace, the hope, the love and the joy when people come together to worship God.
